FREE HM Land Registry Webinar – Progress with Local Land Charges

HM Land Registry are working with all local authorities in England and Wales to digitise and migrate their local land charges data into a single, centralised register. This new national service eliminates variations in speed of service, price, and format, and search results are available online 24/7.

Presented by HM Land Registry’s Local Land Charges Programme, this webinar session will cover the following:
• A brief background of the Local Land Charges Programme and its history
• An update on our progress migrating local authorities to HMLR’s new service, and an overview of the next two years’ activity

• A demonstration of the new service and how it works for customers
