FREE HM Land Registry – How HMLR’s Local Land Charges Programme Will Affect Conveyancing

This webinar session will provide an overview of HM Land Registry’s Local Land Charges Programme. We’ll look at the ongoing development of a single, central digital register for local land charges data, and how this work with local authorities can speed up conveyancing in areas that have migrated their service. We’ll identify the benefits of the programme, provide insight into our intention to complete the local land charges register by 2025, and deliver a short demonstration to show how the new service functions.
