• Demonstrate an understanding of capacity to instruct a practitioner.
• Identify, through the use of practical examples, how to determine a lack of mental capacity.
• Work out what to include in your file and attendance notes.
• Identify when to instruct an expert to undertake a mental capacity assessment.
